Perfect for families, but it ain't cheap

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was prime right by lots of attractions and shops, we barely needed transport.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, for what you get, it felt acceptable.

The apartment had a full kitchen, which was perfect for our family. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the clean bathroom with plenty of hot water.

Had an awesome time with friends! We went to see a show at the Royal Opera House and visited Covent Garden. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The staff were super friendly. The location is perfect and close to everything. It's a great spot for a group getaway!

One of our friends had a rough start as their first room had a strong mold smell, which was pretty concerning. Fortunately, they managed to switch to a better room later.
